Tradition of Florentine Silverware

E-mail

It was 1938. Emilio Roselli was nineteen years old and studying at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Florence. In the evenings, in a rather primitive basement workshop he recreated in silver those "shapes" that is
brilliant imagination developed: powder compacts, brushes and dresser sets, all the items that were the rage in those days. Then came the first "real" factory and the idea that still characterizes the Roselli trademark today: picture frames. Highly specialized production that leaves nothing to chance or improvisation: continuing design research coupled with technological innovations to guarantee a large, demanding and sophisticated clientele finely made goods with the right price - quality ratio.
Today "Roselli Emilio & C." is skillfully managed by the founder's three daughters and their husbands. One of these is Cristina, whose inborn talents make her the company's creative soul. It's a company dedicated to "good taste" rather than big numbers, in everything, even in a little picture frame.
