The house was built 1950 and restored in the traditional Tuscan style, with careful attention to every minor detail. It is subdivided into two comfortable, furnished apartments with all the necessary essentials for a relaxing stay. When restructuring and renovating the house for rental apartments, we put urselves in your shoes to make decisions that would provide a homelike environment of comfort and quality.
The renovation of the apartments was finished in June 2008. It has been renovate in a Country style, with one bedroom, two bathrooms, one kitchen-dining room with fireplace, mansard with a terrace that overlooks the entire Tuscan countryside.
These comfortable apartments are in the village of San Quirico in Collina, in the municipality of Montespertoli; a city south-west of Florence , in the heart of Tuscany with a hill-top view of the Chianti Fiorentino area. Florence can be reached within 20 minutes by car or with public bus transportation.
We are interested in offering long term rental apartments in Tuscany with a minimal stay of one month. Our apartments are open all year round and our reception is open every day. There is a special price for monthly apartment rentals in Tuscany. My father and I, Gabriele, decided to renovate and divide this second home into two apartments with the help of competent craftsmen. A home that I am personally attached to, because it’s where my parents and I lived for many years.
I live 1,5 kilometres from the apartments and will always be available for full assistance.

APARTMENT DETAILS
Le Torri Villa is divided into two apartments: one bedroom, with complete kitchen / living room and fireplace.
Both apartments are furnished with all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
The apartments are about 63 m² into two floors and it has:
1° FLOOR - 31 m²:
Kitchen:
A 14 m² Kitchen/Living room is furnished with a sofa, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with a small ice box, satellite TV and a Safe all included in the price.
Bedroom:
A 14 m² bedroom with a queen size bed, two end tables, a dresser and a large wardrobe (200cm x 240cm). The mattress sits on a wrought iron frame with headboard in traditional Tuscan style, hand made by a blacksmith.

Master bedroom with double bed 200cm Long and 170cm Wide.
We thought of your comfort and the fact that we spend a third of the day in bed; therefore, we took the opportunity to offer you a high quality night’s rest in order to get a good start on the day ahead!
Foam mattress with a pure latex velour cover (bialveolato).
- 5 different areas to correctly conform to your natural curves.
A firm support and optimum body weight distribution; great ventilation for a balanced and comfortable rest.
“Lenpur” fabric, a natural high performance fiber – antistatic and antibacterial.
Winter side in “high quality wool” with Cache mire, merino e non allergic fiber.
Summer side in a “Silk e Cotton Blend” combed cotton, silk e non allergic fiber.
Outer ventilation side.
Bed Frame:
An iron frame cover in a non-toxic enamel, with 24 multi-layered staves.
Pillow details:
A four “Waterlily” pillow composition, non allergic and opened celled ventilation for a correct reaction and elimination of excess heat. “Waterlily” pillows have an accurate neck positioning support.
A soft, natural Sanitex cotton fabric treated for antiacarus (antimite) and antibacterial – Aloe Vera.
Two pillows are 10 cm high and the other two pillows are 15 cm high.
Bathroom:
A 3 m² bathroom with a shower box, bidet, sink, toilet bowl and hair-dryer.
2° FLOOR - 32 m²:
Mansard:
A 8 m² mansard with desk, chair and easy chair. Also, upon request an extra single bed.
Terrace:
A 9 m² terrace with sink (to wash delicate linen), chairs, little tables and a marvelous panoramic view of the Tuscan hills.
Store Closet:
A 7,50 m mansard closet with ironing board and iron.
Laundry Room:
A 5 m² Laundry room in the mansard, with washing machine and dryer.
Mansard Bathroom:
A 2,5 m² mansard bathroom, with a wide shower box, sink and toilet bowl.
